What is StrikeFitFusion? 

StrikeFitFusion is a modern training system built to help everyday people become more confident, more disciplined, and physically capable—not just in the gym, but in life.

 

Our mission is simple:  

to build confidence through movement, discipline through consistency, and strength through purposeful training.  

Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, stress relief, or personal growth, StrikeFitFusion meets you where you are and helps you level up.

 

What We Train

 

StrikeFitFusion blends fitness and martial arts into one structured system:

 

- Fitness Training – Strength, conditioning, mobility, and endurance to build a strong, resilient body  

 

- Kickboxing (K-1 inspired) – Practical striking using punches, kicks, movement, and combinations  

 

- Taekwondo Influence – Speed, flexibility, balance, and powerful kicking mechanics  

 

- Grappling & Self-Defense – Foundational skills from  

  - Basic wrestling 

  - Judo takedowns  

  - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) 

- hand to hand combatives

 

This fusion approach develops real-world athleticism, coordination, and confidence—not just technique.

 

Class Schedule

 

Group classes are held at the following times:

 

- Tuesday–Thursday: 8:45 PM – 10:00 PM  

- Wednesday: 8:30 PM – 9:45 PM  

- Saturday: 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM  

 

Classes are structured, challenging, and welcoming to all experience levels.

 

Flexible Membership Options

 

We believe training should fit your life, not the other way around. That’s why we offer flexible options, including:

 

- Pay-as-you-go training  

- Single-member plans  

- Family membership plans  

 

No pressure—just consistency, growth, and community.

 

Coach Background

 

StrikeFitFusion is led by Master Ed-lijah Faulk. With over 16 years of martial arts experience, including:

 

- Green Belt in Shotokan Karate  

- 4th Degree Black Belt (4th Dan) in WT Taekwondo  

- Active training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu  

- ISSA Certified in:  

  - Personal Training  

  - Strength & Conditioning  

  - Nutrition  

  - Kickboxing Instruction  

 

This combination of traditional martial arts, modern combat sports, and fitness education ensures safe, effective, and purposeful training.
